Easter-Very Interesting Info...

I found this on another blog today. Thought it would be a good share.

A once in a lifetime experience!

Easter is always the 1st Sunday after the 1st full moon after the Spring Equinox (which is March 20). This dating of Easter is based on the lunar calendar that Hebrew people used to identify pass over, which is why it moves around on our Roman calendar.

Here's the interesting info. This year is the earliest Easter any of us will ever see the rest of our lives! And only the most elderly of our population have ever seen it this early (95 years old or above!). And none of us have ever, or will ever, see it a day earlier!

Here's the facts:
1) The next time Easter will be this early (March 23) will be the year 2228 (220 years from now). The last time it was this early was 1913 (so if you're 95 or older, you are the only ones that were around for that!).
2) The next time it will be a day earlier, March 22, will be in the year 2285 (277 years from now). The last time it was on March 22 was 1818. So, no one alive today has or will ever see it any earlier than this year!

A Little Scrapbooking...

The gang got together yesterday for a little crop. This is the one and only LO I completed. This is Deuce, isn't he too cute. He looks like a little white rug when he lays like this although you can only see his head in the picture. Think bear rug! Know what I mean.

Happy Easter and a Pail...

HAPPY EASTER
Here's a little Easter pail I altered for my Grandson. I still need to fill it with some goodies. He will receive it Easter Sunday when we all get together for an early dinner.

They Have Returned...

I've been watching for these things all week and finally on Thursday I saw one in my yard.
SPRING is on it's way. The Robins are back and I couldn't be happier.

A Crazy Day of Fun...

My Grandson enjoyed his crazy day of fun at GreatimeS. He played games for a couple of hours and won over 800 tickets. Now you don't get much for all those tickets but he was very happy with his prizes. We also went to Steak & Shake for a late lunch, he claims he likes to eat there but it's really all about the milkshakes. Can't really blame him though, those milkshakes are pretty tasty!
